Cancellation Policy

Tours and Packages

– Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your tour or travel package, please contact us as soon as possible and the Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
– Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the tour or package start date:
– More than 60 days: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
– 30-59 days: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
– Less than 30 days: No refund.

– Non-Refundable Deposits: Some tours and packages may require non-refundable deposits, which will be clearly communicated when booking.

 

Flights and Transportation

– Airline Policies: Refunds for flights and other transportation are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline or transportation provider. We will assist you in obtaining refunds according to their policies.
– Domestic Transfers: For domestic flight or train bookings, cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Non-refundable tickets will not be eligible for a refund.

Modification Policy

– Modifying Bookings: If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change travel dates, upgrade services), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
– Fees for Modifications: Any fees associated with modifying bookings will be communicated at the time of the request.

Refund Process

– Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email with your booking details and reason for the refund.
– Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
– Partial Refunds: In cases where partial refunds are applicable, the refund amount will be calculated based on the services rendered and the cancellation policies.

Non-Refundable Services

– Third-Party Services: Some services provided by third-party vendors (e.g., excursions, activities) may be non-refundable. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
– Special Offers: Promotions, special offers, and discounted bookings may have specific terms and conditions, including non-refundable clauses. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements. Refunds in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
