By accessing, using, or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our website, you, the purchaser, and/or traveler (“Customer” and “you/your”) agree to be bound by these terms. PLEASE READ THE TERMS BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between DV Holidays and you, the Customer. These terms restrict your rights and remedies and protect to DV Holidays. These also include warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree (a) this is a fair balance because this website is accessible by you conveniently and at no charge; and (b) if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you can choose not to use this website or DV Holidays’ services. IF THERE IS ANY PART OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR DV HOLIDAYS’ SERVICES. No alterations to these terms and conditions may be made by any DV Holidays employee, authorized representative, or agent, unless in writing by an authorized officer of DV Holidays.
Each Customer is responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. When traveling to Egypt or any other destination, the appropriate identification is necessary for boarding flights and entering the country. The name, date of birth, and gender on the identification must match the details on airline tickets and booking records. DV Holidays strongly recommends that you ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond your travel dates. Non-Egyptian citizens may require additional documentation. Children and infants also require travel documents. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or delays. Check each supplier’s website to ensure all travel documentation requirements are met.
When you receive any travel documents, it is your sole responsibility to review and verify all information. Contact DV Holidays immediately if changes or corrections are required.
Each foreign country has different views on past criminal offenses. If you have a current or past offense, and you are unsure how the country you are traveling to views that offense, please get in touch with that country directly for entry and exit requirements. DV Holidays cannot make such inquiries on your behalf due to privacy concerns.
Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. DV Holidays urges customers to stay informed about current news events and review travel advisories issued by their respective governments before booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular destinations can be found on the websites of respective government agencies, such as the U.S. State Department, UK Foreign Office, and others. By offering travel to particular destinations, DV Holidays does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk, and shall not be liable for costs, damages, or losses that may result from travel to such destinations. The customer’s participation constitutes acceptance of such risks at the Customer’s own risk.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to make travel bookings with DV Holidays by any means, including our website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your travel bookings. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household transacting business with DV Holidays is true and accurate. Speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.
Separate supplier terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by DV Holidays and any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Violation of any supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), denial of access to flights, hotels, cruises, or automobiles, forfeiture of any monies paid, and DV Holidays debiting your account for any costs DV Holidays incurs as a result of such violation. You are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings.
Unless otherwise defined during the reservation process, final payment is due prior to departure according to each supplier’s terms and conditions. If full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits forfeited. Some bookings are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be sent to DV Holidays in writing. Cancellation penalties will apply and are advised at the time of booking. All cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you authorized to pay for travel services or deducted from the supplier’s refund.

Airline reservations are not included in your travel plans unless set forth in writing. It is the Customer’s responsibility to make appropriate air arrangements and transportation to and from the destination where the travel booking originates and returns. DV Holidays shall not assume any responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes. It is strongly recommended to check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to domestic flight departure and 3 hours prior to international flight departure. Reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 72 hours prior for international flights.
Prospective customers are advised to reserve early to avoid disappointment and additional late booking fees.
Currency exchange rates fluctuate. Prices are subject to change based upon currency exchange rate fluctuations.
As DV Holidays’ tour prices are based on contract rates, there will not be any refund for any unused portion of a tour. Some group tours are based on the minimum number of passengers traveling; if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed or the tour may be canceled.
If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed. Administrative charges of $25 or more per change/per person may apply and depend upon the circumstances of the request. All desired changes must be made in writing to DV Holidays.
Each Customer is responsible for having proper immunizations and documentation before travel and for complying with security rules imposed by government authorities. DV Holidays shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health requirements or vaccination and/or documentation prior to departure or upon landing. Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded on a valid vaccination certificate. Check relevant government websites for information related to travel to specific destinations, and the Centers for Disease Control for health issues.
The law prohibits passengers from bringing hazardous materials aboard aircraft. Violations can result in imprisonment and penalties. Restrictions on hazardous materials are listed on the TSA’s website.
E-tickets expire a year from the issue date unless carrier fare rules provide otherwise.
DV Holidays acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal suppliers and is not the source or provider of travel services. Each supplier company is an independent entity with its own management. Customer agrees DV Holidays is not liable for any personal injury or property damage arising out of services provided by suppliers. DV Holidays disclaims liability for any direct, punitive, special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages in connection with goods or services provided by any supplier booking through DV Holidays’ office or website. Weather conditions, volcanic eruptions, ash clouds, and wind are not guaranteed and are outside of DV Holidays’ control
“Force Majeure” means circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DV Holidays. DV Holidays shall not be deemed in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to you by reason of delay in performance or non-performance of any of its obligations due to any Force Majeure. The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended on all trips.
DV Holidays offers optional products and services such as travel insurance. Travel insurance is not included in the cost of your itinerary unless specified. Without appropriate travel insurance, Customer understands and agrees that if Customer cancels or interrupts travel, portions of the trip may not be refunded and DV Holidays’ and suppliers’ cancellation penalties will apply.
Alterations in itinerary may be necessitated for reasons including severe weather at the sole discretion of DV Holidays and subject to supplier terms and conditions.
DV Holidays is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided to DV Holidays will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required to provide travel services or as required by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of DV Holidays’ services or website shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
